2017 A Year In Review
This past year took my photography to the next level in so many ways. I had the opportunity to photograph an engagement session in the Outer Banks of North Carolina along with the wild horses on the beach. I witnessed some of the most beautiful memorable wedding moments including Dad’s tearing up, Grooms tearing up, laughter, smiles, nervousness. A personal project too my photography to the next level of growth and experience by capturing one portrait every day for 30 days in almost every possible lighting and weather situation. This project did more than advance my skills as a photographer, it helped my personal growth by witnessing the kindness of others, loving families, friends, the importance of being prepared, and so much more. I taught my first video class for photographers which releases in January and I’m so excited for it. Had the pleasure of photographing my first deaf wedding. 2017 brought me into many Grand churches and unique wedding venues. I even photographed my own daughter’s senior portraits. It was a fantastic year and here are some of my favorites from 2017.
